Sinopsis

Detective James Bishop, a veteran haunted by combat trauma, is clawing his way back to normal life when a series of brutal vigilante murders grips the city. When Bishop's daughter disappears, he uncovers a trafficking ring tied to both the killings and his own fractured past.
