Sinopsis

The Hong Kong Police and the triads are irreconcilable opponents. Inspector Cheng leads the anti street car racing team and Jiang is the leader of the street car racing gang. While the police investigates an underground street car race, they uncover the 15-year grudge between Cheng and Jiang, and discover a hidden triad group.
